Grew Breakfast LLC to be the largest vacation rental company in Hiroshima, Japan with 3 hotels, 2 capsule hotels and over 350 properties. Lead the team to partner with Mazda Corp. to build out hotels.

Leads the growth of Restavio in Mexico with resorts, hotels, homes and apartments. He has been instrumental in partnering with hotel developers throughout Mexico.
