Bookings
- Refunds for rental bookings depend on the cancellation policy specified on the property listing.
- Guests should review individual property policies before booking.
Services
- Fees for digital services (e.g. property management tools) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
- Subscription services may be cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Exceptions
- Refunds may be refused if there’s evidence of policy abuse or fraudulent activity.
