Bookings

  • Refunds for rental bookings depend on the cancellation policy specified on the property listing.
  • Guests should review individual property policies before booking.

Services

  • Fees for digital services (e.g. property management tools) are non-refundable once the service has been delivered.
  • Subscription services may be cancelled with at least 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle.

Exceptions
